Tidewater Punch This great punch is perfect for your next backyard party, light and fruity it’s sure to go fast. 1 bottle of Cranberry Juice 1 bottle of Pineapple Juice 1L Sprite  1L Club Soda OJ frozen concentrate Lime frozen concentrate 1/2 cup Grenadine 1 bottle of Tidewater Rum Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher and share with your...

Tidewater Piña Colada

Make this classic summer cocktail the next time you have friends over. Ingredients: Makes 4 Servings ½ fresh pineapple, cut into 1½-inch pieces 6 ounces sweetened cream of coconut 2 ounces unsweetened coconut milk 10 ounces Tidewater Rum 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice Maraschino cherries and lime wedges (for serving) Instructions: Freeze pineapple pieces in a plastic bag. (at least 3 hours) Shake cream of coconut and coconut milk before opening. Purée pineapple, cream of coconut, coconut milk, Tidewater Rum, lime juice, and 3 cups ice in a blender until it is the perfect slushy frozen drink consistency and garnish each with a cherry and lime wedge. Tidewater Mojito – Cocktail

Our favorite drink to make with our Tidewater Rum is by-far is a Mojito. What a classic summer cocktail to share with friends. Ingredients: 4-6 fresh mint leaves 4 lime wedges (1/2 lime) 2 tablespoons sugar 1 shot of Tidewater Rum Club Soda Instructions: Place mint leaves, lime wedges and sugar into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice, press with the muddler, don’t grind it. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with club soda. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with remaining lime wedge and enjoy. We like to make them by the pitcher, if you do too multiply the recipe to fill your pitcher....
